Our goal is to help you identify and enhance brain behavior abilities and help answer questions you have regarding cognitive, social-emotional, educational, and behavioral capabilities.
We offer highly specialized assessments to provide a deep understanding of how you or your child's behavior is influenced by their brain functioning. We understand the importance of getting your youth the help they need in a timely manner. Due to this, we make it our priority to schedule, assess, and provide you with the results of the assessment efficiently. We do not use techs or students, and you will directly work with your clinician from start to finish, including the initial phone call.
Neuropsychological evaluations rely on clinical observations, thorough history taking, standardized tests, collateral information, and the interpretation and integration of the standardized measures used.
Dr. Natalie is a board-certified pediatric neuropsychologist by the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology who specializes in child, adolescent, and young adult psychoeducational, psychological, and neuropsychological assessments. She is also a learning specialist for students of all ages, which gives her a unique lens when evaluating students, as well as collaborating with educators, parents, and providers.
Dr. Natalie has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of settings conducting assessments and evidenced based treatments. Her training includes Stanford's Center for Interdisciplinary Brain Science Research, Kaiser Neurorehabilitation, Sutter Health's California Pacific Medical Center, and Morrissey-Compton Educational Center.
In past years, Dr. Natalie served as a pediatric neuropsychologist at Stanford Children's Health. At the Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics department, she evaluated children as young as one year. Dr. Natalie's specialization is in neurodevelopmental differences such as learning disabilities, autism spectrum, developmental delays, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She also enjoys working with students who present with giftedness and performance based barriers (e.g., anxiety). She has a specific focus on educational outcomes and helping students achieve their potential.
Due to her love working with students, she also holds a position at the Harker School as the Lower School learning specialist.

Dr. John Wager is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who works with individuals of all ages who present with a variety of cognitive barriers.
Dr. Wager has helped many individuals maximize their functional life, school, and career roles. His experience includes working within medical settings for nearly 20 years as an occupational therapist and clinical neuropsychologist. Maximizing function through rehabilitation has been his specialty by employing a biopsychosocial model of wellness rooted in brain–behavior components.
He has worked with individuals who have experienced cognitive difficulties from developmental, neurologic, biological, behavioral, and learning challenges of all ages. This has allowed Dr. Wager to integrate a dynamic set of functional variables to maximize healthy outcomes. Dr. Wager has worked with individuals across the lifespan, which allows him to work from a developmental perspective. For children and adolescents, he can assist them and their caretakers to prepare for the rigors and demands of adulthood and how they can best intervene early to succeed. For adults and older adults, he supports the individual's process in rehabilitation and helps utilize their cognitive strengths to assist with and overcome challenges they are faced with.
Dr. Wager has gained clinical expertise at KidSpace Therapy, Kaiser Foundation Rehabilitation Center, Baylor College of Medicine, Palo Alto VA Medical Center, and served on the medical school faculty and was the Director of Neuropsychological Services at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at University of Rochester Medical Center. He has been appointed as a forensic evaluator for Santa Clara County Superior Court.
